CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON
Christopher blogs regularly for Flatmancrooked. Otherwise, he is a writer, teacher, and translator, living in New York. He has degrees in English and Philosophy from the University of Washington, he earned his MA in Poetry from Boston University, and he is currently an adjunct professor of creative writing at Hunter College. He is the recipient of the Paul T. Hurley Prize in Poetry (2007), judged by Louise Gluck. For our book, First Winter, he translated a Jorge Luis Borges story. Penguin stole all the rights to Borges’ work this year, so we would like to say, on Christopher’s behalf, “Go to hell, Penguin. Why don’t you guys go print some more cheap paperbacks in Indonesia?”
